Data Handling Agreement (summary)

For each client we store: company facts, past performance, certifications, personnel bios, pricing history, and bid documents ("Client Brain"). Storage: single-tenant, encrypted at rest, on infrastructure we control (Standard tier), or on servers in YOUR cloud account (Your-Cloud / Sovereign tiers). Access: revocable at any time. Export: full copy on request, within 48 hours. Deletion: complete, within 7 days of request. AI disclosure: drafting uses Anthropic's API under commercial terms; your data is not used to train models. Sovereign tier keeps all model calls on your own machine. The signed one-page DPA accompanying each engagement controls.
