Terms of Service

Services are provided by Select Immersive Experiences LLC d/b/a SelectAgent ("we"). By purchasing you agree to: (1) fixed-fee scope as described on the order page or signed engagement agreement; (2) 50% upfront for full-proposal engagements, balance on delivery; (3) the Bid Review fee is credited toward a full proposal ordered within 30 days; (4) we do not guarantee award outcomes; we guarantee compliant, on-deadline delivery; (5) you warrant the facts and materials you provide are accurate and yours to share; (6) our liability is capped at fees paid; (7) Florida law governs.
